Steel Web Studios is very pleased to announce that our film
Mr. Buttons has won Best Horror Film in the Open Horror Division at the
El Cajon Film and Video Festival.
This event marks the first competition festival that Mr. Buttons was accepted into and the first film award that Steel Web Studios has won.
We would like to thank all of our cast and crew who helped make the film. We would also like to thank all of the fans and cast that showed up to support the film on Saturday. We would also like to thank the people behind the Festival for putting together a fine show and for accepting our film.
It felt very rewarding to us when members of the audience and other film crews approached us throughout the day to tell us how much they enjoyed our film.
From the premiere of the film, from the buzz we received at Comic-Con, from the numerous raving reviews and from the ton of fan email we receive every day, we know in our hearts that we have created a fine independent film.
Hopefully, one day in the future, we will be able to gather some significant funding and transform Mr. Buttons in a feature-length motion picture.
